These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods and services through our online store. By shopping with us, you accept the terms described here. We recommend reading the terms before placing an order.

An order is binding once it has been confirmed by us via email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of technical errors, pricing errors or other unforeseen circumstances.

All prices include value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with Norwegian law. The total cost of the order is displayed at checkout before payment is completed. We offer multiple payment methods, including card payment, Vipps and Klarna.

Delivery times and costs depend on the selected product and delivery method. The expected delivery time is stated at the time of ordering. Delays do not entitle you to compensation unless otherwise agreed. If the item is damaged during transport, you are required to report this to the carrier and to us within a reasonable time. As a private customer, you have a 14-day right to return your purchase (right of withdrawal). The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods customized to your specifications. To use the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the deadline and return the item in the same condition as when you received it. Return costs are covered by the customer. If defects or faults are discovered in the product, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. Depending on the situation, you are entitled to have the defect rectified, the item replaced or a price reduction.

Any disputes between the seller and the buyer should be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the case may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council or a Norwegian court.

We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes will be published on our website and apply from the time they come into effect.
